I want to know the meaning of Haroon, I am planning to keep that name for my son. And what is the correct spelling.

Aaron means chief, ruler of the nation, rebellious horse, according to (Firoz al-Lughat: 1428):
اس کا تلفظ "ہ" پر زبر،"الف" ساکن ، "ر" پر ضمہ، "و" اور"ن" جزم کے ساتھ ہے
This is also the name of Hazrat Moosa’s brother (May Allah’s blessings be upon them). Hazrat Haroon (AS) was a highly honorable and glorious prophet. It is a good name to name your son.
