Filing for Unemployment

Is it permissible to file for unemployment benefits, which the State or Federal government issues to people in certain situations?

الجواب و باللہ التوفیق

If the beneficiary of such benefits deserves such benefits and does not have a job, then applying for such benefits from the government and utilizing the money received as a result will be considered permissible. This money is considered a gift.

ان امپلائمنٹ وصول کرنے کا حکم

السلام علیکم ورحمۃ اللہ وبرکاتہ

وہ ممالک جہاں حکومت جاب نہ ہونے کی صورت میں کچھ خرچہ جسے "ان امپلائمنٹ" بھی کہا جاتا ہے، دیتی ہو، کیا اس صور ت میں حکومت سے خرچہ لینا اسلام کی رو سے جائز ہے؟

 

 

الجواب وباللہ التوفیق

اگر واقعتا لینے والا مستحق ہے اور اس کی ملازمت نہیں ہے توحکومت سے اس کی درخواست کرنا اور اس کی جانب سے دی جانے والی رقم لینا جائز ہے،یہ ہدیہ ہے ۔
