Sajda Tilawat on listening from youtube

Assalamualaikum, 

Is there any Sajdah Tilawat on listening Ayat of Sajdah from youtube on mobile phone?

الجواب وباللہ التوفیق

If it is live telecast then the Sajdah will be Wajib. If it is recorded then most of the Muftiyan e Kiram do not declare the Sajdah to be Wajib. However, some of the Research Scholars are of the opinion that it is Wajib, therefore, to be cautious one should perform the Sajdah (کتاب المسائل )

السلام علیکم

یوٹیوب پر آیت سجدہ سننے پر سجدہ کرنا ہوتا ہے؟

الجواب وباللہ التوفیق

اگر لائیو ٹیلی کاسٹ ہو تو سجدہ واجب ہوگا اور اگر ریکاڈڈہو تو اکثر مفتیان کرام سجدہ کو  واجب قرار نہیں دیتے ہیں لیکن بعض محقق علماء کی رائے واجب ہونے سے متعلق ہے اس لئے احتیاط یہی ہے کہ سجدہ کر لیا جائے ۔ (کتاب المسائل )
