i'm married and I have no kids.
i have my parents and 2 brothers alive.

Shares of heirs are clearly prescribed in “shariah”, therefore a Will in their favor is not allowed. If a person initiates a Will in favor of heirs it is considered invalid.
Upon the death of a person, it is recommended that the legal heirs inquire about the rights and rulings about shares of heirs and of the inheritance from a competent religious authority.
