Assalamualykum,
My employer is offering me health savings account as a form of helth insurance. Is it permissible?

If you do not pay an amount to the insurance company, nor do you make any insurance claims towards the company but are offered this fringe benefit by the company; you can use the health insurance card provided by your company.
If the situation is any different from above, you may ask again.
