Oral sex is one of the most disgusting, illegitimate, obscene acts, so it should be avoided. Umm Al-Mumineen, Hazrat Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her) says: "I never saw the private parts of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).

There is a hadith: When one of you goes to his wife, he should cover himself, and not become naked like a donkey.

اذا اتي احدكم اھله فليستتر ولا يتجرد تجرد العيرين ” - سنن ابن ماجہ:کتاب النکاح ،۱۹۲۱ 

This shows the importance of modesty in Islam! Rather, it is disliked being completely naked when intimate with one's wife, so how can it be allowed to lick each other's private parts and take them in the mouth. 

In this context, Mufti Abdul Rahim Lajpuri (RA) writes in response to a question: “Although the apparent parts of a person’s private partsare pure and clean, but it is not necessary for everything clean to be put into one’s mouth and/or licked it. Imagine, although the secretions of the nose are considered pure, who would want to lick the inner part of the nose or suck those secretions into one’s mouth. None, not at all; that would be an insane act.

Therefore, kissing and licking a woman's vagina is not allowed, it is strictly disgusting and sinful act. Think! The mouth by which we recite the Holy Qur’an, read Darood Sharif, and utter our Duaa’s, how can we use the same mouth in such despicable acts?

فی النوازل اذا ادخل الرجل ذکرہ فی فم امرانہ قد قیل یکرہ وقد قیل بخلافہ (کذا فی الذخیرۃ عالمگیری :۵ / ۳۷۲)
