Assalamualaikum mufti.....I have 3 kids all of them by cesarean sections.....I want to know the permissibility of intrauterine contraceptive (copper T) to avoid unwanted pregnancies in future as tubectomy is not permissible in shariah

For birth control, it is haraam and unlawful to abolish the birthright completely, such as removing the uterus.
However, using temporary birth control measures such as using the contraceptive loop, or using contraceptive pills by which the natural fertility remains intact, but conception can be controlled.
Below are a few permissible situations:
Regarding your comment that "copper T” is also one of the temporary contraceptive measures, bear in mind that only under extreme necessity can this procedure be applied. But this permission is only for an urgent need on temporary basis. Once the issue is resolved, the process of
procreation can be continued.
