While injecting, if so much blood comes out that it flows from its place, it will break the ablution, but if blood does come out but does not flow from the needle insertion location or the wound, the ablution will remain intact.

وفي «فتاوى خوارزم» : الدم إذا لم ينحدر عن رأس الجرح، ولكن علا، فصار أكثر من رأس الجرح لا ينتقض وضوءه، والفتوى على أنه لا ينتقض وضوءه في جنس هذه المسائل
