On condition of accuracy of the question:

Preceding the distribution of inheritance, below rights of the deceased will be executed from his property:

1. Funeral and burial expense.
2. Payment of any debt on the deceased.
3. A Will, if made by the deceased, will be executed from one-third of his property.

After settlement of expenses under the above categories, the remaining moveable and immoveable property of the deceased shall be divided into eighty-eight (88) parts.

a. Eleven (11) parts shall be given to the widow.

b. Each son receives fourteen (14) parts.

c. Each daughter inherits seven (7) parts.
