Please reanswer the question that was asked by me not by my wife.

It is not right to divorce her merely on the basis of your wife’s affiliation with Jamaat-e-Ahl-e-Hadith. Don't pay any attention to those thoughts.
Humbly, review those differences with your wife and address any doubts she has, after finding out appropriate answers from Ahl-e-Haqq and knowledgeable Ulemaa.
Try to avoid yourself being misled theoretically and intellectually.
