Are my wife and I allowed to have sexual intercourse during the month of ramadan, when we are NOT fasting. Meaning between maghrib and fajr
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
:الجواب وباللہ التوفیق
It is permissible to have marital relations with one's wife at night during Ramadan. And this permission is until the first dawn - “طلوعِ صبح صادق”. After that, it is forbidden. Rather, in this case, expiation will be required along with fasting.
لقولہ تعالیٰ:أُحِلَّ لَكُمْ لَيْلَةَ الصِّيَامِ الرَّفَثُ إِلٰى نِسَائِكُمْ(البقرہ:۱۸۷
