Could you please recommend a medicine and supplication, which will help me increase my stamina for establishing and fulfilling marital relations?

For this purpose, it is recommended that you contact a hakeem or doctor and get this issue treated. Keep your heart and mind free from unclean thoughts and impermissible pictures and refrain from looking at namehram females. Try to use honey, dates, figs, bananas and other such nutritious foods.
