One of the conditions for conducting Nikah is that the proposal and acceptance between the boy and girl is conducted at the same place, along with the presence of witnesses.

If the assembly of the parties is separate, then the lawyer of one of the parties must ensure that proposal and acceptance is conducted in the presence of two witnesses in the assembly of the other party.

In your case:

1. Since the boy, the girl and the lawyer are all acting online.
2. the boy's lawyer is not with the girl or the girl's lawyer is not with the boy, therefore the Nikah conducted in this way will not be solemnized.

قال في الدر المختار: ویتولی طرفي النکاح واحد بإیجاب یقوم مقام القبول في خمس صور: کأن کان ولیا، أو وکیلا من الجانبین الخ، قال الشامي: قولہ: ولیا أو وکیلا من الجانبین کزوجت ابني بنت أخي، أو زوجت مؤکلي فلانا مؤکلتي فلانۃ، قال ط: یکفي شاہدان علی وکالتہ ووکالتہا وعلی العقد؛ لأن الشاہد یتحمل الشہادات العدیدۃ۔ (الدر المختار مع الشامي ۴؍۲۲۴ زکریا، ۳؍۹۶ کراچی)

وفي الفتح: ویجوز للواحد أن ینفرد بعقد النکاح عند الشہود علی اثنین إذا کان ولیا لہما، أو وکیلا عنہما۔ (فتح القدیر ۳؍۲۹۹)

وشرط حضور شاہدین الخ ، سامعین قولہما معا علی الأصح ۔ ( الدر المختار ۳ ؍ ۷۵ بیروت ، ۴ ؍ ۸۷-۹۱ زکریا ، ۳ ؍ ۲۱-۲۲ کراچی
