The Salaat at the time of Moon Eclipse (صلوة الخسوف) is مستحب (Preferred), however, to pray this Salaat with Jamaat is not مسنون (according to Sunnat), all people will pray this Salaat individually and اعتکاف (seclution) or presence in the Masjid is not necessary either. Men and women staying at homes having the realization of the Fear of Allaah T’alaa should busy themselves in giving charity, praying Salaat, making Du’aas, and seeking forgiveness till the end of the moon eclipse.

يصلون ركعتين في خسوف القمر وحدانا، هكذا في محيط السرخسي، {فتاوی ہندیہ: الصَّلَاةُ فِي خُسُوفِ الْقَمَرِ}۔
