Verbal Niyyah of Tawaf

Assalamualaikum,

When I perfprmed Hajj, I forgot to recite the Niyyah of tawaf verbally for all tawafs I did. What can I do to expiate my mistakes?

الجواب وباللہ التوفیق

In reality the intention is related to the heart nor to the tongue, therefore, if you had done all the Tawaaf with the intention of Tawaaf and had not expressed the words of intention with the tongue then there is no harm, and there is no kaffaarah for it either.

وسواء تکلم بلسانہ ما نوی،بقلبہ اولا، لان النیۃ عمل القلب،   لا عمل اللسان، لکن یستحب ان یقول بلسانہ ما نوی بقلبہ(بدائع الصنائع،۲،۱۶۱)

طواف کی زبان سے نیت نہ کرنا

السلام علیکم

جب میں نے حج کیا تو   میں سارے طوافوں کے لیے زبان سے نیت طواف کرنا بھول گیا، اس غلطی کا کیا کفارہ ہے؟

الجواب وباللہ التوفیق

نیت کا تعلق اصل دل سےہے،نہ کہ زبان سے، اس لئے اگر آپ نے طواف کی نیت  سے سارے طواف کئے تھے،اور زبان سے نیت کے الفاظ  ادانہیں کہے تھے تو کوئی حرج نہیں ہے، اور اس کا کوئی کفارہ بھی نہیں ہے۔
