Selling and Using E-Cigarettes

Assalamualaikum,

What is the ruling on selling and using e-cigarettes like JUUL, Stig, Stog, MOJO, etc.?

What should one do with the money gained from selling such items?

If one bought merchandise with such money, then sold that merchandise, what is the ruling on that money?

If one gave sadaqa after acquiring that money, will that be considered as giving sadaqa from the money described above?

ای سگریٹ بیچنا اور پینا

 

السلام علیکم

ای سگریٹ مثلاً :جول ،سٹگ، سٹوگ، موجو، وغیرہ  کے بیچنے اور استعمال کے بارے میں کیا حکم ہے ؟ ان کو بیچ  کر حاصل کی ہوئی رقم کا کیا کرنا چاہیے؟ اگر اس رقم سے کوئی اور اشیا خریدی گئیں تو ان اشیا کو بیچ کر حاصل ہونے والی رقم کا کیا حکم ہے ؟ اگر اس رقم کو حاصل کرنے کے بعد صدقہ کیا جائے تو کیا یہ صدقہ اس رقم سے دیا ہوا  شمار ہوگا؟

اس چیز کی حقیقت ا ور کیفیت اور اس میں شامل اشیاء کا علم نہیں ہے،اگر مقامی علماء اس کا جواب دیدیں  تو بہتر رہے گا،یا پھر اس کی وضاحت اگر کردی جائے تو یہاں سے جواب دینے میں سہولت رہے گی
