Assalamualaikum,
I want to take a loan for commercial investment. I want to buy commercial properties (after taking loan) and then put in on rent. I recently contacted Lariba and UIF islamic financing and they told me that they do offer commercial loans that are Shariah complaint. I want to know if it's Halal to take a commercial loan from UIF or Lariba

کیا UIF یا لاربع سے دکانیں یا آفس خرید کر کرائے پر چڑھانے کے لیے قرض لینا حلال ہے؟ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ ان کے دیے ہوئے قرض شرعی احکام کے تحت ہیں۔
ان کی تفصیلات اور طریقۂ کار سے ہم واقف نہیں ہیں، اس لئے ان کے بارے میں اظہار رائے سے ہم معذور ہیں۔
