Assalamualaikum,
I want to ask you how many times it is recommended to have sexual intercourse with my wife. Will it affect our health. Kindly guide us with your valuable suggestions.
الجواب وباللہ التوفیق
It is dependent on the health, strength, age, and the inclination, but moderation should be exercised in every matter.
Note: Frequent copulation also affects the health, and it’s against the wisdom too, therefore, moderation after all is necessary. It is better to make consultation with the doctors or medical professionals in accordance with the nature, temperament, and the health of you and your wife.

میں یہ پوچھنا چاہ رہا ہوں کہ کیا صلاح دی جاتی ہے کہ کتنی دفعہ مجھے اپنی بیوی کے ساتھ مباشرت کرنی چاہیے یا کرسکتا ہوں، کیا اس سے ہم دونوں کی صحت پر اثر پڑے گا؟برائے مہربانی اپنی قیمتی تجاویز سے ہماری رہنمائی کیجئے۔
الجواب وباللہ التوفیق
اس چیز کا مدار صحت ،قوت ،عمر اور رغبت پر موقوف ہے ،لیکن ہر چیز میں اعتدال اور میانہ روی اختیار کرنا چاہیے ۔
نوٹ:کثرتِ مباشرت سے صحت پر بھی فرق پڑتا ہے،اور یہ حکمت کے بھی خلاف ہے۔اس لئے اعتدال بہر حال ضروری ہے۔اس سلسلہ میں اپنی اور اپنی بیوی کی طبیعت اور مزاج کے اعتبار سے اطباء اور ڈاکٹرز سے مشورہ بہتر ہے۔
