Assalamualaikum,
I would like to know if this is acceptable in Shari'a. In this tradition, 40 days after the baby is born women go to some other relative's house and take bath to become pure so that they can pray, as per some people's assumption they have to go to some relative's house and when they return to thier home they clean-up all house and then it is considered pure and after that they hold big feast. Does Islam has any iota of any Sunnah like this.

The action inquired about is absolutely baseless and unfounded. It is wajib to relinquish such practices.

السلام علیکم
میں یہ جاننا چاہتا ہوں اگر شریعت میں اس کی اجازت ہے:اس رواج میں بچے کی پیدائش کے چالیس دن کے بعد، عورت کسی دوسرے رشتہ دار کے گھر جاتی ہے اور وہاں پاک ہونے کے لئے غسل کرتی ہے تاکہ وہ نماز پڑہ سکتے، کچھ لوگوں کی سمجھ کے مطابق اسے کسی دوسرے رشتہ دار کے گھر جانا ہوتا ہے، اور جب وہ اپنے گھر واپس آتی ہے تو وہ پورے گھر کو صاف کرتے ہیں اور پھر وہ پاک سمجھا جاتا ہے اور اس کے بعد وہ بہت بڑی دعوت کرتے ہیں ۔ کیا اسلام میں ایسی کوئی سنت ہے؟

یہ بالکل بے اصل اور بے بنیاد بات ہے،اس کا ترک واجب ہے۔
