I am an online seller.

I sell general merchandise.  Some of the items that we sell, we always send extra quanity of the ordered items but in different packaging.

For Example

The customer ordered Coffee Cups, 500 Count (25 Cups Per Sleeve, 20 Sleeves Per Case). 

I sent same Coffee Cups in different packaging, 528 Count (3 packs of 176 Cups Per pack).

Another Example

The customer ordered Dish Washer Pacs, 46 count . Instead of samller pack, I sent 78 count.

Customer Authority & General Behaviour

Usually online customers are very picky. If they get something else, don't like the item or think the item is not similar what they ordered. They usually return item or ask for a refund.

In this case, 100% of the customers are happy since they are getting more than what they had ordered.
