Assalamualaikum
What is the ruling on the profit made from a business of cigarettes? If a persons money is makhloot with money made from e-cigarettes and other halal things, then when he wants to give away in sadaqah the money he made from the cigarettes, should he deduct the money he had given in sadaqah and zakat before this moment?
الجواب وباللہ التوفیق
The income of cigarettes is not Haram, however, it is better to avoid it. One can give its income with the intention of Sadaqah.

سگریٹ کی تجارت سے ملے ہوئے منافع کے بارے میں کیا حکم ہے؟
اگر ایک شخص کی کمائی ای سگریٹ اور دوسری حلال چیزوں کی کمائی سے مخلوط ہے اور وہ سگریٹ سے کمائی ہوئی رقم صدقے میں دینا چاہ رہا ہے تو کیا وہ اس سے پہلے دی ہوئی صدقہ زکوٰۃ کی رقم کو اس میں سے منہا کرکے بقایا صدقے میں دے سکتا ہے؟
الجواب وباللہ التوفیق
سگریٹ کی آمدنی حرام نہیں ہے، البتہ اس سے احتیاط بہتر ہے،اس کی آمدنی کو صدقہ کی نیت سے دے سکتے ہیں
اخیر جزء واضح نہیں ہے،وضاحت کے ساتھ لکھ کر مسئلہ معلوم کرلیں۔
