Assalamualaikum,
I am presently living with my daughter & son-in-law in a 1 bedroom rental house very conjustedly. It is very conjugated how we live. It is difficult to get and rent a big house with the present income.In these circumstances we wanted to buy a home taking loan. Please give us advice.

It is not permissible to take an interest-based loan to buy a house. However, Devon Bank is certified by the Shariah Board and serves the loans in the light of the Sharia't, hence, this bank may be contacted in this regard.

ابھی میں اپنی بیٹی اور داماد کے ساتھ ایک بیڈ روم کے کرائے کے مکان میں رہ رہی ہوں اور اس میں ہمیں تنگی ہورہی ہے، حالیہ آمدنی کے ساتھ بڑا گھر کرائے پر لینا بہت مشکل ہے، ان حالات میں ہم قرض لے کر (شاید بینک سے لینا چاہ رہی ہیں ؍ گھر خریدنا چاہ رہے ہیں ہماری رہنمائی کیجئے۔

گھر خریدنے کے لئےسودی قرض لینا جائز نہیں ہے،لیکن ڈیوان بینک شریعت بورڈ کی طرف سے مصدقہ ہے،اورشریعت کی روشنی میں اس امر کو انجام دیتا ہے،اس لئےاس سلسلہ میں اس بینک سے رجوع کیاجاسکتا ہے۔
