My question is regarding a job role wherein an employee gives a hr support to the employees of google which involves many things like their payroll support, provident funds, hr policies, releasing offer letter etc but out of all these responsibilities health insurance and other insurances support is also included wherein we're responsible to support employees in answering their queries of what insurance policies they can avail provided by the company and explain the enrolling process, Insurance enrollment, generating Insurance certificate etc. So Is this job halal for me?
