Three Simultaneous Divorces

I would like to know, if a husband divorced me 3 times all at once! Am I really divorced?

الجواب وبالله التوفيق      

Yes, you have become مطلقہ مغلظہ (irrevocably divorced) due to the simultaneous issuance of three divorces. There is no room for رجوع (reconciliation). It is Haram to have marital relations without performing the حلالہ (Halalah).

قال اللہ تعالٰی

الطلاق مرتان فإمساک بمعروف أو تسریح بإحسان۔ البقرہ ۔ الآیۃ ۲۲۹۰

فإن طلقہافلاتحل لہ من بعد حتٰی تنکح زوجًا غیرہ۔ البقرہ ۔ الآیۃ ۲۳۰۰
