Distribution of Inheritance/Wirasat.

Assalam aliakum

My father has passed away
My mother is alive alhamdulillah
One of my brother has died before my fathers death  his age was 22 years at that time  when he died
Now  we are four sisters. Two brothers one my mother

My question is how we can distribute my father’s house cost   That cost may be 25000000.00    How we can calculate please reply me

 الجواب وبالله التوفيق      

As per the situation described in your question, after taking care of حقوق متقدمہ علی الارث (the payment of the expenses of the shroud and the burial, payment of any debt, and enforcement of the will), the remaining wealth will be divided into 64 portions.

Out of those 64 portions, your mother will get 8 portions, the two brothers will get 14 portions each, and four sisters will get 7 portions each.

According to this distribution, the 2,50,00000 value of the house mentioned in your question will be distributed as follows:

31,25,000 to your mother, 54,68,750 to each brother, and 27,34,375 to each sister.
