If the interest-based transactions are determined through your job or it cooperates towards them then this job is not correct.

As far as the question is concerned that what should you do immediately, its answer is this that if there is immediate hope of another job then give resignation immediately, otherwise on full time basis look for another job, as soon as you get the other job you give resignation from this job and while you are looking for the other job be repugnant towards this job and keep making Du’aa to Allaah T’aalaa for the permissible job.
