If anyone doesn't accept Moulana Saad Sahab Kandahalvi as Ameer, will he be a Muslim or not?

Iman and Islam is related to believing and having faith in the basic aqa‘id(beliefs) which have been described in the Quran. If someone denies any of the basic beliefs and does not accept them then they are considered expelled from the fold of Islam.
Iman and Islam is not related to considering (or not considering) a personality as greater (or lesser).
