Please give me effective dua to fulfill our desire needs and goal

Punctually read ayat-kareema after every salah 21 times as follows:
لا الہ الا انت سبحانک انی کنت من الظلمین
In addition, also read “Ya-Latif, Ya-Salam, Ya-Wahab” 111 times after every isha salah and make dua with complete concentration and focus.
