Dum during Umrah
Asalamualaikum.
If I am to give a dum to for my shortcomings for my Umrah, is it mandatory, that it can only be done in Makkah, or can it done anywhere in the world?

Dum should be given while you are in Makkah; it is impermissible to give it in any other location.
