Asalamualaikum.
During salatul Taraweeh, I blew my nose, and on the tissue, I noticed a very small dot of blood stain. I say stain because it didn’t look like blood, that was flowing out from a fresh wound. In either case, if it was a tiny picket of blood stain, or blood was my wudhu broken?
I continued with the salah.

Your salah is considered valid as the blood you mentioned was frozen from before and not fresh.
