Sunnah after Isha

Asalamualaikum Hazrat.

As per this Hadith, can these Sunnah be read before the 4 furdh, and still get the same reward?

“Whoever offers four rak’ats (nafl) after ‘Isha, will get the reward of offering these rak’ats on laylatul Qadr”

(Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith: 7351-7357 & As-Sunanul Kubra of Bayhaqi, vol.2 pg.477)

We have not come across any such narration and the details of the mentioned virtues as described in your question. The book you have provided a reference from is not present in our libraries. If you have the book “Musannaf Ibn-e-Abi Shayba”, we would ask you to make a copy of the page of the mentioned narration and send it to us, so that further research can be performed in order to provide you an answer.
