Mohatram Mufti sahab umeed hai aap hazrat khairiyat se honge.
ek maslaa aap hazrat k saamne pesh karna hai k mujhe aysaa mehsoos ho
raha hai k mujhe nazar lagi hai kisi ki, please iss ka hal bataa den.
isi tareh khaawb mai saanp nazar aata hai kabhi kabhi, iss silsile mai
rehnumaayi farmaayen.

If you are really under the effect of nazar then after every namaz read and blow Surah Al-Falaq and Surah Al-Naas on you. It is not a good indication to see a snake in your dream; you should discharge some sadaqah as soon as possible.
