Aasalamalikum,
I'm a Shafai Imam follower.
1) After making dua after each prayer can i even go into sujjud and make dua as well?
2)What is the correct way to offer Witr prayer? I pray 2 rakt and than 1 rakt. In first rakt i recite surat e Al qadr and in second surat e Kaafirun and make salam. Then again i offer 1 single rakt and in this i recite surat e Aahad, Ikhlas and Naas, and after ruku i also make dua(dua e khunut) while standing? is this correct in shafai imaam
3)What is the correct procedure to do sajda sahu?i heard that sajda sahu should be done only for farz namaz is this correct?sajda sahu should be sone after reciting tashahud, and after that salam, is this correct?

Yes, the methods described in your questions are all correct according to Fiqah al-Shaf‘ai.
