Assalamualaikum,
A woman has two children already. She is pregnant again and had a miscarriage 10 years ago. During her pregnancy and miscarriage she said (not exact words but by the best of knowledge), maybe those words were "Allah humay he kion day raha hay aulad, unn ko kion nahi deta jo falana bayaulad hay" tou kiya yeh kufriya sentence hay? If yes then what that woman do for tauba? Are these kind of kufriya sentences may lead it to break the Nikah? If yes then how to do re-Nikah?
الجواب وباللہ التوفیق
The related sentence is absolutely not correct. One should make repentance and seek forgiveness for saying it and be particular in giving Sadaqah, however, it did not affect the Eemaan and Nikah, therefore, and there is no need for their renewal.

ایک عورت کے ابھی دو بچے ہیں، دس سال پہلے اس کا حمل گرگیا تھا اور اب وہ حمل سے ہے، اس نے اپنے حمل اور حمل گرنے کے دوران یہ الفاظ کہے:’’اللہ ہمیں ہی کیوں دے رہا ہے اولاد، ان کو کیوں نہیں دیتا جو فلانا بے اولاد ہے‘‘ تو کیا یہ کفریہ جملہ ہے؟ اگر ہے تو عورت توبہ کے لیے کیا کرے؟ کیا ایسے کفریہ جملے کسنے سے نکاح ٹوٹ جاتا ہے؟ اگر ٹوٹ جاتا ہے تو دوبارہ نکاح کیسے کرنا چاہیے ؟
الجواب وباللہ التوفیق
مذکورہ جملہ ہرگز درست نہیں ہے اس پر توبہ واستغفار کریں اور صدقہ کا بھی اہتمام کریں لیکن اس سے ایمان اور نکاح پر اثر نہیں پڑا اس لئے تجدید کی ضرورت نہیں ہے ۔
