As SalaamuA'likum,
Can we use Islamic financing for investment? Suppose, I purchased a house for personal use using Islamic financing (paid off or not paid off), can I buy another property for investment purpose using Islamic financing? If so, what are the conditions, and if not, why?

You have not specified which bank you meant when you mentioned Islamic Bank. Further, it is not clear how are you planning to make investment. Please write both points clearly so a response can be given.

السلام علیکم
کیا ہم سرمایہ کاری کے لیے اسلامی بینک سے قرضہ لے سکتے ہیں ؟ مثال کے طور پر میں اسلامی بینک سے قرض لے کر رہنے کے لیے ایک گھر خریدتا ہوں اور پھر سرمایہ کاری کی نیت سے ان سے قرض لے کر ایک اور گھر خریدسکتا ہوں؟ اگر ہاں تو کن شرائط کے تحت؟ اور اگر نہیں تو کیوں؟

اسلامی بینک سے کونسا بینک مراد ہے اس کی آپ نے وضاحت نہیں کی ہے،دوسرے آپ سرمایہ کاری کیسے کرنا چاہ رہے ہیں وہ بھی واضح نہیں ہے،دونوں کو واضح لکھ کر جواب معلوم کرلیں۔
